Trek Description

This trek passes through an ancient commercial route that was used to transport goods between the neighboring towns of Sutoc-Pacchapata, Cuancani, Quisuarani, Pampacorral and Cancha Cancha within the Urubamba mountain range.

During this trek we can see the beauty of these particular high Andean ecosystems and the amazing views of the snowy peaks. The biodiversity and the beauty of the landscapes of this area have allowed it to be recognized as a private conservation area called Hatun Queñua which we will pass through during most part of our route. The bond developed by the project with the local people who will host us throughout the trek makes this a highly experiential and life-enriching route surrounded by impressive natural landscapes.
